This winter, in my city, I noticed another lip balm ruling the stores, and so I decided to pick up one…well, I am talking of the Nature’s essence lip balm.
If you are unaware of this particular brand, then lemme tell you that “nature’s essence” is a range from the popular brand coloressence and I was introduced to this brand ages back when I used to use hair removal creams to get rid of unwanted hair (which was so stupid, i realise now). That time I discovered that none of the popular brands like veet or anne french could remove my unwanted body hairs (now, I don’t know why they are so strong 😇😇😇) and then someone told me about nature’s essence and at once I gave it a try. And trust me, that was the only brand of hair removal cream that worked for me. Since then, I have used so many coloressence products starting from lipsticks, nailpaints, eyeliners etc. etc. till date.
About the product:
The product comes in a retractable stick which is of the variant, strawberry. The balm is like the brightest shade of red but on swatching, it gives a very mild, minimally pigmented soft red colour to the lips. The packaging is plain white with a nature’s essence sticker chipping off which is not at all attractive.
This nature’s essence lip balm is available in various flavours like vanilla (which is extremely rare among lip balms, I only remember fabindia selling this flavour), chocolate and strawberry. I opted for the strawberry one, in hope of a slightest tint to the lip balm.

My take on this product:
So, firstly I appreciate the fact of coming up with a lip balm of just the right price because I feel most other lip balms just hike up the price or lower the quality. But this Nature’s essence lip balm. is just the right balance ❤. Coming to the moisturization, well it is quite heavy and warm and comfortable on lips ( it is very much like the Maybelline baby lips lip balm) This lip balm is very lightly tinted and the flavour doesn’t come up great. It does keep my lips moisturised for 3-4 hours and also prevent dryness and cracking to some extent. Overall, I am quite happy with the product!
